I don’t know. Everyone I spoke to at Certified was very kind. However, the actions that followed were a bit disappointing. And I don’t feel like any care was taken for my vehicle while they were working on it. I am waiting for my dad to return from a business trip and will have him look at it.

It is truly a great experience and I am glad that I found a Lexus certified body shop. My car is looking as new as it is just out from showroom. The car was thoroughly cleaned before handing over to me and they even took care of minor scratches around the vehicle for me. they even arranged a pick up and drop off making it very comfortable for me.
