Highly praised initially, until my repair took about a month to do, they had to redo it over because of really shabby work. No one expected it. It was FINALLY done correctly. Not too happy with you guys right now.

The quality is fine. However, this is virtually the same repair I had about a year ago, but it cost about 50% more. The difference boils down to repairing a black molding vs ordering a new black molding. Last time, the estimator gave me a choice of repairing it (shaving it down and finishing in off with something?), even though it might not look 100% perfect. The eventual finished product looked perfect to me. This time, when I mentioned what was done last time, the estimator said he had no idea how to repair the molding; my only choice was to get the new part. I felt I was dealing with an inexperienced estimator who didn’t know the tricks of the trade and it ended up costing me $400 more this time for the same repair. He wouldn’t go ask someone else, saying the guy who would have done the work last time no longer works there. It still bugs me weeks later. Your files weren’t complete with a copy of the pictures from my first repair or any details of this part of the work done, but this is virtually the exact same thing - a scrape from rubbing against a concrete post in my parking space in my underground parking garage.
