From the time I dropped off the car to when we picked up the car we received at least weekly communication updating us on the car and when we might be able to get the car back as well as what they had done to the car already. They even took care of getting the rental car back to the rental company so that we could just show up pick up the car and go. I’ve driven past their shop 1000 times and this is the first time I’ve ever used them, hopefully I’ll never have to again, but if I do, I’ll be definitely going back and using them again
