Alicia and Rafeal were great! He offered to bring the car to me when it was done, however there was a delivery issue with a part and the scheduled due date was changed - not their fault! They were highly professional and I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The paint doesn’t match the rest of the car. I was told that it fade and match after a few weeks. There is also a minor smear in the paint on passenger side of bumper.

Their communication is highly unprofessional. I had to call on my own several times to get any updates on my car. They would say they would call me back in two days would go by I wouldn’t hear from anyone so I would have to call on my own.

Slow in submitting estimate to insurance which pushed back the timeline of repairs Rafael gave me several dates when the repairs were going to be completed and they were pushed back MANY times. I had to call in and ask multiple times about what the status of the car repairs were even though he said that he would notify me if things changed. Towards the end, the communication and service were better when he started communicating more with my wife about the status of parts and when repairs would be completed. I appreciated Rafael having someone stay late when the last hose came in so that the car could be fixed and we could get it.
