So far the repairs look great. The door that was replaced feels a little “stiff” but maybe it just needs time to adjust

Customer service was just okay. The first estimate of completion was 2-3 weeks. During that time they did not reach out to me, I had to reach out to them for an update. It wasn’t until I reached out to my insurance that they started giving me updates regularly. I will say Justin was very considerate and professional. I’m sure a lot of it was out of his hands, and he was always the one who had to deliver the news.

They did not call about updates on the car, we had to call them Was suppose to be ready on Thur, then they told us Fri, they never called stating it was ready, we called them and they said it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I turned in my rental car on Thur thinking my car wouod be ready and it wasn't and had to borrow a vehicle to get back and forth to work on the weekend. We should have been kept up-to-date on the repairs.
