Overall hood service and good work. If your looking to approve i have a couple of suggestions. 1. The automated text messages were at times misleading indicating all was well when indeed there was an inpass in the approval process. 2. A cofirmed checklist of the activities could have avoided the frustration of the new lights that were installed were NOT adjusted as the manager indicated.

I will definitely be recommending them! All staff that I engaged with were very friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable and welcomed upon walking in the door the very first time. Excellent service and top quality repairs on our vehicle. Great staff. Very accommodating and kept us informed on all stages of our repairs. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company and communicated with them on our behalf. Repairs were completed sooner than promised. Special mention to Alicia, office manager, and Gorge, repair underwriter. I would refer Collision Center to anyone in need of vehicle repair.
