Amazing job on the work that was done! I would have just appreciated more communication on what was happening with my vehicle. I had to call to check in and didn't receive any updates. Even to pick up my car when it was done, I had to ask if it was finished. No one contacted me. Spending so much on my car, I would have appreciated what was being done every step of the way. Other than communication I'm completely happy with how it came out

They did a great job. It was done in a timely matter. A panel had to be special ordered and will take several weeks and as it’s a Jaguar SUV it does take awhile to get parts as we know, I picked up my vehicle and as soon as the part comes it they will pop it on. I much appreciate that, as they could have held up my vehicle for many weeks and I would have had to keep the rental for awhile. They also provided transportation for me to pickup my rental that I very much appreciate. They we very professional and pleasant to work with.

My only concern with Certified Collision is getting better with their follow up calls and call backs. Otherwise, right now I'm good with their work and the life time warranty that was provided. I would totally refer my friends, and family to their business. Thank you for your services.
