Took almost two months to get a windshield. When I got the vehicle back, there was stickers still on the inside and outside of windshield. Three tires were recording low pressure, before I bought it in, all tires were the same pressure.

The secretary was unable to explain details when i picked up car and the advisor was at lunch and did not return any calls until 2 days later after i called again. I think better customer service would have been a better score but overall they did nice work on car.

My 4Runner Limited was ready to be delivered after front end repair until an employee at the Collision Center crashed my truck into another vehicle and required an entire new rear bumper & underlying damage. I was told that he was fired for not using the back up Camera or any of the 3 mirrors on my truck & backing up at a high rate of speed until he crashed my truck. The repairs & paint look good but it should have been finished & back for me to drive instead of taking another weeks for rear end repair.

Truck still hasn’t been finished

Truck still isn’t finished, you had my truck almost a mont and returned it incomplete. My insurance has already been billed in full and I have a truck that is incomplete, paint work wasn’t quality. Keep getting the run around that your waiting on parts
