5+ stars if I could give them more. My claim and insurance process turned into a very long and complicated situation, and this team handled it the absolute best they could from beginning to end. They fought for the repairs needed, took a lot of the back and forth off my shoulders, and truly advocated for me throughout the process. They were informative, patient, transparent, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way rather than rushing through the repair. This process became much bigger than expected, but they continued to help carry the burden every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did and would absolutely recommend them.

We are more than happy with CCC Kirby. Mark when above and beyond with the insurance people for us. Our RAV4 was at a different shop for months. This other didn't complete the repairs. Plus they damaged other parts of the RAV4. We had been looking for a body shop to finish the repairs. That is when we found CCC Kirby. Mark and his team discovered the other shop"s subpar work and the other damage. CCC Kirby help with the insurance company and gave us updates on the work almost on a daily basis. I give them a full 5 star rating with 5 more stars. I have told .ost people I know that this is the place to take their car to if you need body work and or paint work. They pretty much took care of everything we needed done to make my RAV4 better than it was before my accident. I guarantee you won't find a better shop to do your work. Again Thank you CCC Kirby.
