The repair was finally completed after it was pushed back 6 times. Most people at Certified Collisions were unpleasant . The delayed was so long that my rental expired. They had to gave me a loaner, but the guy that did the paperwork acted like it was my fault. The person in charged of my repair didn't even come out to acknowledge me today when I picked up the car. All in all, it was a bad experience for me.
