"The repair itself seems to be fine. The concerns I have were around the customer service and timing side of my experience From the start, I was told 14 days was the timeline for completion. Not 15 not 14-17 or any other range - just 14 days. So 12 days later, I called to get status. I was told they would need more time. They needed the rest of that week and the entire next week as well. Suggesting it would be done on the following Friday. Again I waiting until the Thursday before and called to again get status. This conversation was painful. Initially I was told it is in paint. Which seems logical, but I dont know what that means as far as when I can pick it up. So I asked directly - can I pick it up tomorrow. I was then told - they have to put the windshield back in and calibrate, and that the windshield guy might not get there in time to finish it tomorrow. So again I asked when I can pick it up. Then I was told - we dont like to give that out, WHAT So I just asked - so odd for tomorrow - they paused, so I said not Friday. How about Saturday- another pause. So I said no. How about Monday - oh yes by Monday for sure. So I recapped - small chance for Friday but realistically Monday. The guy said yes - that is what I said. I corrected him and said - no - you said you dont like to give out that information. I did get a call on Friday saying it did not get done, so expect Monday. Monday came and went - not call. Tuesday morning- nothing. So I again called Tuesday and left a message. Return call after hours on Tuesday- it is all done you can pick it up anytime after 800 am Wednesday and bring you debit card, cash or check because if you pay by credit card, these is an extra charge. Pick went fine. Team there apologized for how long it took. My feedback - get better as estimating time and or better at proactively communication. To expect 14 days and be more like 22 and have to call repeatedly to get updates is not a great customer experience." Read less
