Between Dan and Peter, the experience is one of the best in terms of not only service and responsiveness, but also superior attention to quality and safety standards. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to expedite the repairs, so my family and I would be able to have the vehicle back in time for our trip. Peter was transparent and upfront about his stance with speeding up repairs, but only if it passes his safety standards. Both never committed to say it could be down, but only setting expectations that they would do their best. I appreciated so much how they were realistic about both the possibility of it being completed on time or not. I hope to never have to bring my car to a collision center, but if unforeseen and accidents happen, they will always by the only place I take my vehicle. The trust and service they deliver is such a rare commodity in today’s world.
