Certified Collision worked closely with my insurer to coordinate coverage and repair. It took nearly two weeks to complete rhe repair, but Certified kept me regularly informed on progress via text. The front office staff could not have been nicer.

The body work you did on my car was great! I couldn't tell there had ever been any damage! Unfortunately however, there is a strange noise coming from thw same area. It worsens by the day. We work so much and have not had the opportunity to bring it back and ask you about it. Tomorrow will be my first day off, so I hope to bring it to you then. I hope your technicians work on Saturdays (tomorrow). My work schedule prevents me from coming any other day and we only have this one car. Wont be able to afford a rental. Hope you can shed some light.

My simple bumper paint job on my Lexus turned into a week and a half ordeal. After a week, I received my vehicle back with a thoroughly terrible paint job that looked like a novice’s handiwork. A second attempt improved the finish significantly, but I also wanted to have two dents fixed while the car was in the shop. Unfortunately, this was neglected entirely by the staff handling my case, just as calls were ignored or not returned promptly. This is the second time I’ve used this shop, and during my first experience, I also had to send the car back to correct shoddy work. I am very disappointed and expect better care and professionalism from a facility certified by Lexus.

At the end job was done great but it shouldn't take the two attempts to do it right! This could be all avoided if quality check was performed by the person assigned to the repair case. This is my second time that my car was handled by this repair center and second time same treatment - that tells me no one cares!
