Wasn’t on time, but was respectful, friendly, went above and beyond with repairs!! These guys are good. If you’re car is banged up, they may take their time, but they’ll get the job done right!

They fix some things, but they broke different things!! And now they don’t want to fix them because is not part of the impact. I know my car, and I know what how everything was working for sure. Is my everyday car. I didn’t know I have to take a video of how everything was working on my car before dropping it there. Now I need to take it to a different place to fix the things that they broke!

They give me the wrong information that my car was ready and it wasn’t, It took two more weeks to be ready. And I have to pay Uber and ask my job to left early for this.

The receptionist was very friendly. She offered my wife and I coffee and helped us right away. The mechanic inspected our car and explained what the damages were and the estimated repair costs. He kept me in the loop of additional damages found during the repair process that he did not see during the initial inspection. He also called to inform me when my car was ready for pick up. The entire process was very smooth and painless.
