Excellence is one of the very few Lexus Certified shops in the region. I wanted to make sure that a Certified Shop, one who understood and was trained specifically for an Lexus automobile, was repairing, painting and fixing my vehicle. It has made a difference, a big difference. They know every clip, part, seal and measurement for my vehicle. But more importantly, when they do the car, they pay attention to detail for whatever the repair is. They are professional and know when the job is done right. It’s very rare to have a shop that will do the extra, to make sure that it looks right and is done right. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to any other shop. Besides the people are friendly, professional, and accommodating in every way.
