Excellence is one of the very few Lexus Certified shops in the region. I wanted to make sure that a Certified Shop, one who understood and was trained specifically for an Lexus automobile, was repairing, painting and fixing my vehicle. It has made a difference, a big difference. They know every clip, part, seal and measurement for my vehicle. But more importantly, when they do the car, they pay attention to detail for whatever the repair is. They are professional and know when the job is done right. It’s very rare to have a shop that will do the extra, to make sure that it looks right and is done right. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to any other shop. Besides the people are friendly, professional, and accommodating in every way. I recently visited their shop in Sacramento for repairs to my BMW X3's car door. I was very pleased with their work. Their staff were very professional and respectful. They carefully checked my car and confirmed that the car door was repairable. They kept me informed every day during the repair time. I like their quality control process to make sure the work is done properly before they deliver the car to me. What I learned from my car repair experience is that they take care of their customers very seriously. I highly recommend them.

Excellence Auto Collision did a great job with getting my 2023 Honda Civic Hatchback repaired. I had to get my bumper replaced among other things but the paint matched perfectly. The staff was very friendly and kept informed every step of the way regarding the repairs. I've only had my vehicle back for a day but so far I have not across any problems. I would definitely recommend this place.
