Excellence restored the exterior and interior of our 2010 Lexus LX570. The vehicle has low mileage, is in excellent mechanical condition but had the normal dings and bruises of normal use. I asked them “if they could make it look new”. And they did! Would recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done.

I love the repair work that was done with the scratch and a previous repair to a different car. However, in both services there was something else I requested that wasn't quality or excellent (the nic not being repaired this time - and last time the detailed cleaning missing the cup holders, inside door area, and not evening attempting to clean the back of the van trunk area - I came home and cleaned & vacuumed it out myself after paying $300+ for a detailed cleaning). Those make me hesitate. But. I remember you did offer a complimentary detail to make it right that first time - although that hasn't being used yet.

The work performed to repair scratch was excellent; however, an agreement to touch-up a tiny nic on my bumper with the paint mixed to repair the scratch was horribly done. The nic was very obviously still there, it just had a clear coat on it. No effort to make the nic disappear and blend into the car paint was done. My customer rep told me he personally applied or saw the clear coat put on after the nic was painted. Anyway, I waited to reply to see if the dealer who applied my Expel cover would be able to fix the nic that had clear coat now put on it. Thankful, they did and there is no visible nic any longer - thanks to their effort. Why Excellence couldn't or wouldn't do it, I don't know. It was simple and the paint mix was already there. Overall, I am very pleased with the results of the main repair, but disappointed that the nic was presented as being painted and ready for my Expel cover. However, I am happy the Expel person at the dealer resolved it beautifully.
