In October 2019, Kniesel's Collision expanded their operations through the purchase of Shanahan's Auto Body, welcoming their 8th location in the Sacramento area. As Kniesel’s Collision continues to grow, the company remains strongly rooted in the Kniesel family’s founding core values: The Golden Rule, Humility, Wow Customer Service, Integrity, Quality and Family. the repair cost three time then estimated. need to have a bester estimate tech. the check out staff did not want hear what customer said and thinks. the repair still not good at all. the hoop one side up and one side down not a at the same level.

No one want to have car damages. But, I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionist Kathie wss helpful and courteous. The intake man Victor who was the first to look at my car was knowledgeable and did a detailed job and explained the process. And last Javier was awesome, he kept me informed of all the processes and changes up to the last minute. Thank you Kniesel for your courtesy and professionalism!!

I had a great experience at Kniesel’s Collision. Victoria is the best. Very friendly and professional at the same. Everyone there was amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. I know if I need more work done I will go back!
