The quality of the repair work was satisfactory, and I am pleased with the final result. However, the original estimate to complete the repair within five business days was not met. The day before the scheduled completion date, the repair timeline was extended by an additional week, effectively doubling the original estimate. What was most frustrating was the lack of explanation for the delay, even after I specifically requested one. This was particularly concerning since all required parts had been delivered several weeks before the repair work began. While it did not directly impact me, I also noticed that the final invoice was approximately $1,000 higher than the initial estimate. On a positive note, the repair was completed ahead of the revised completion date and ultimately took seven business days rather than the extended estimate. The overall impact to me was having to manage transportation limitations for an additional four calendar days beyond the original completion schedule. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the repair, but communication regarding schedule changes and cost increases could have been significantly better.

Everything was done right communication was outstanding and the front desk staff were amazing wonderful team overall, 10 out of 10 I would recommend.
