I found the front desk to be very unprofessional and lacked knowledge on who I was even after I said my full name more than three to four times. I went in for a dent to be fixed that was supposed to take two days instead took almost two weeks after they broke my mirror twice.

Justin was amazing! He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle at all times. Also, the receptionist and other workers were so friendly. Each person I had passed smiled and said good morning. Great team there!

They went above and beyond on my car and gave me up to date text on the process!! They cleaned inide my car which they didn't have too. Certified Collision Center cares for the customer and you see it by the extra work and communication!!!! Highly recommend :)
