The actual repair "appears to be acceptable", however because they were not truthful about damage they caused it's difficult for me to recommend your shop to friends or family.

The girls at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Rito was very timely with the estimate, and I feel confident the missing part that delayed the completion was not his fault. However, he should have known about the peeled paint and made arrangements with me to bring the vehicle back in to repair the paint damage. If he could tell me that he was satisfied with the repairs and that it was "all good", then I suspect he relied on someone else to inspect the entire car. I am certain that the vehicle was not inspected by anyone. That's unacceptable service, and leaves me uncertain of the quality of the repairs that I cannot see.
