Certified Collision Repair totally exceeded my expectations! I was extremely nervous to make the switch from gas to electric and with that being said, I was in the process of still learning how to get adjusted to the vehicle when unfortunately, I did get into a accident two weeks after we’re getting it. My main concern is that I could find reputable body shop that would either be Teslas itself or a body shop. That was Certified to repair Tesla vehicles. After finding the claim and contacting my insurance company, they advised me that Tesla would not be able to go through insurance with them. I don’t know why but luckily I found Certified Collision repair as per their recommendation, and I could not have been happier. They exceeded my expectations My car feels exactly like I did when I picked it up from Tesla not to mention the fact that they were extremely efficient, tentative and they have great customer service because not only did they finish the car as they promised on time. They also made sure that it was 100% perfect before I picked it up. They even went out of their way to leave it in the driveway in the front of the body shop so I can pick it up on Saturday night. After I got out of work, I would totally recommend them to anybody I encounter that drives it a Tesla or any vehicle for that matter thanks so much again!
