it was alright they did the job for the most part only thing is the parts took over a week and some extra days then i was told the car was going to be ready tomorrow like twice when it wasnt and then apparently when i went to pick it up i was told they thought my car was another car similar to mine so they " tore it all apart " and then realized it wasnt the same and yea idk what happen there but overall it got done even through the bs plus the recieptionist were always polite and helpful so good customer service

Car looked better than it did before the damage and we brought it in. They did an excellent job matching the paint and washing my car inside and out looked like a new car when I picked it up. Very professional experience I will recommend to family and friends.

Although there were several disruptions and delays in acquiring parts, especially for late model vehicles, which was beyond the control of CCC, they continued to do as much as they could to repair our vehicle. Many of the disruptions were due to a major fire which caused them to relocate their facility.
