I had been looking for a place that would install my door handles. I’m not good at going to places that men are behind the counter. And with Pearl answering the phone and asking me if she could help me. I felt so comfortable and it didn’t take very long for the gentleman to fix my door handles. Jesus took care of my aphrehension of having to deal with the insurance company from hell, Gainsco. It took 5.5 months for the ins. co. To finally authorize the repairs and then they lowballed the labor/hours. Certified Collision went beyond any requirement to make sure I got my car back in excellent shape. I highly recommend Certified to anyone in need of auto body work. Their only responsibility was to repair my car, but they chose to make the experience as painless as possible for me. Not happy the process was disjointed lack of communication and to many assumptions. It’s not up to the customer to keep calling for updates. No initiative on the representative part to try and make me want to continue business with your company . I gave yall 2 chances with repairs on 2 separate vehicle claims and was disappointed in both .
