Car was not completed on time. We called 2 weeks before we brought car in to make sure timing could be met due to daughter retuening to college. We found out 1 day prior to promised date that car would not be ready as promised. We had to loan our car to our daughter to get back to Santa Barbara and we have to drive there later this week to swap cars. A Scratch was also found on repaired area.

cesare's vaisalia service center did as fine as a job and went further then expected. They kept us informed each step of the way as the work was to be done and completed. They gave us our car back looking nicer then when it went in. Both my wife and myself were quite happy with the work that was done. We have had our pick-up truck repaired there as well and so we were sure we were going to be happy with our car. Thank you all the staff @ cesare's service center.
