I rated it at five because they fixed the problem I had it in there for but created a new problem for me and then release it to me without being fixed when I took it to my garage they fixed it by just pulling the skid plate back & Champion Chevrolet wanted almost $1,000 to fix the noise they created.

The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful however the main gentleman in the back office was rude. He said the noise was wear & tear & there was nothing he could do. Actually my skid plate got smashed against my drive line & thats why there was a very loud noise. Again, it was misdiagnosed as nearly $1000 of needed work.

This could be a ten, but your annoying emails rates you a lower score. I was constantly getting messages designed to keep me abreast with progress. They were totally inaccurate.I could only get an idea by calling the shop.
