The collision department at Champion Collision has shown nothing but unprofessional behavior and practices. I left my vehicle on 5/12/25 and still have not received it back. I received this survey before my vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency from this department is unacceptable. The department waited 2 weeks before giving me an update and this was after I called. I have called 3 times in different occasions for updates with my call being returned only once.
