The repair went good and the damage was fixed in a timely manner. However, my car was left extremely dirty from dust. It looked like powder was dumped in the car. I had to pay for a detail after I received my vehicle back. The only recommendation would be to wipe down the vehicle after repairs have been completed.

My vehicle was repaired mainly as described during evaluation. When I received my vehicle back, the inside was dirty and dusty. I had to detail my own vehicle afterwards. Still waiting for a couple of items for my vehicle to completely be repaired as whole. However, I’m able to drive it at the moment while items are on backorder instead of spending extra money on rental fees.

Customer service was mainly professional and helpful. I would’ve rated it a perfect score if representative would’ve followed up in a timely manner after texting him a request for my vehicle estimate.

I feel that you do a great job

There’s still a couple of things that need to be fixed, but I will be in December so that that can be rectified. Other than that, I think they did a great job
