We were initially told the repairs would take about 6 business days, but in the end they took 10 (14 days altogether). For three business days (5 days total) the only hold up was "getting the glass guy to come in." These days might not matter to you, but they did to us. When we finally did get the car back, the work was immaculate--indistinguishable, at least as far as I could tell, from a new condition. You also appear to have cleaned down the inside of the car, which was a very nice touch.

they completely replaced my car doors which got damaged due to a collision. It is a Toyota Prius 2011. I must thank Roger and Julie. They coordinated with me very well. I dropped the car off after hours and dropped the key too. They repaired it within two weeks. I am totally satisfied.
