Roger did a great job start to finish. He came out to meet me when I pulled up for my initial appointment, which was a nice touch, gave a thorough inspection, provided a timely estimate, worked with my insurance company to get me the best deal, and communicated effectively throughout the process. These texts for the survey keep coming to “Heidi.” I’m not Heidi, I’ve never been Heidi and when I called about my truck one time it could not be found because it was under the wrong name.

couple things missed during the repair and I had to find out after I drove the vehicle home. 1. interior trim panel wasn't installed, but Jim promised to repair it in the next visit. I am ok 2. As I drove car, my side blink sensors always stays on, I don't know how to reset it. can someone please help?

While completing repairs the body shop damaged the front end of my car. It was returned once for repair but not satisfactorily. The front end is still damaged. I am very disappointed and will visit them Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Bernie Berrigan 419-351-0911
