There was a spot that was not completed properly on my car rear quarter panel. It's small so they probably thought I would not see it.

The inside of the car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The owners manual had been taken out of the glove box and was left on the floor with all the contents of the packet spilled on floor.

Everything was great until the end. After accident, the tire by where I was hit started losing air. It was that same day the issue started, so it definitely seemed related to when the car hit me. She said she looked at the tires and nothing looked damaged but tread was low. Suggest I needed 4 new tires. I said no. I left with under 20# in the tire. Took the car to Firestone to see why they started losing pressure. There was a HUGE nail in it. POINT: she said she looked at the tire and suggested I need 4 new ones. This really was upsetting to me. If you looked at, you wld see a nail in it!! I only put 12,000 miles on the tire and I was being told I need 4 new tires. When I had 2 tires with nails in them. Not appropriate at all.
