I am not giving a ten because I wasn’t completely satisfied with the communication as to my car being completed on October 31, as I wasn’t getting a message it was completed, and had I not called early enough, the center was closing early to allow workers to be off for taking their children trick or treating. I called and was able to get a ride to pick up my car before the 2:30 pm closing time on this Friday. Had I kept waiting for a call up to the 4:40 pm projection to be finished, I would have not been able to pick up my car until Monday. I think this is a bad policy, however I think Jacob and other employees are very nice people and courteous. My repaired Lincoln Nautilus Reserve looks very good, and I hope I don’t have to have it repaired again. And I will recommend your quality company if I have someone ask me to give them a suggestion as to where to get their vehicle repaired.
