They did a outstanding job but it took longer than promised. I was given a discount on my bill so I was glad about that. Also, Fernando and receptionist were very courteous.

Very dissatisfied the door jam you can see spots of primer where they didn’t paint it correctly I had to take the car back 3 times they could not find a vibration and rattle noice they I had to take the shop manager for a ride for him to see for him self they couldn’t fix it so now I have to take it to a dealership to get it inspected with will be the 4 time taking it back causing lots of time and headaches also mention that they couldn’t take the car back to a shop that said it was a lose spare tire witch wasn’t the case they didn’t want to take the car back because they had to keep a good business relationship with that shop. When he mentioned that I was shock and they mentioned that I had my car ready and it wasn’t very difficult situation and stressful now I have to find time to take the car to a dealership

The door jam is not painted correctly you can see primer and has small indentation and they couldn’t fix my car correctly has a vibration that gets bad when driving had to take the car back 3 times and still couldn’t fix the vibration I can send pictures and videos now I have to take it to a different dealership making it real stressful and time consuming not happy with the work

We had body work done on another vehicle and, the entire vehicle was washed to remove accumulated dust. I did need an exterior wash before and was not looking for a free wash but was disappointed to pick up a very dusty vehicle. --- Just an FYI
