I really don't know if I'd recommend this place. Like I said, I don't mind that the repairs were delayed a day - I very much disliked two things though: 1. The fact that no one notified me that the repairs were delayed, and 2. The fact that whoever I spoke to at the shop just kept giving me excuses for not notifying me instead of taking ownership.

The customer service that I received from this shop was just ok. It wasn't stellar, and it wasn't terrible either, just ok. My car was originally scheduled to be completed on a certain day, and I appreciated the text messages that I received along the way, informing me of the status of the repairs and ultimately reassuring me via text that it was still scheduled to be picked up on the original day. So I arranged for my wife to leave her work early that day to help me pick up my car, but when I called the shop on the day of pick up, they informed me that it would not be ready. I understand that things happen, and a one day delay is usually no big deal, BUT I'm annoyed that noone bothered to contact me to let me know since I had my wife take off work early. When I brought this up to the shop, I kept getting excuses (we wanted to make sure it was done right, we were busy with other customers, etc) - so whoever that individual was, he was not understanding. He seemed to think that I was complaining that it was taking an extra day, when in fact I realize that delays happen, but that I was complaining about the fact that noone had bothered to let me know, and then after this phone call with the shop, I was annoyed that I was getting excuses instead of someone taking ownership of the situation and apologizing for dropping the ball.
