The overall experience was solid despite Chaney's experiencing substantive challenges with ongoing construction and intermittent power outages. Chaney's lead Sal, admins Jan (main contact) and alyssa(sp?) worked seamlessly with Hertz car rentals and my insurance agent Rachel Fonder with Ameriprise ultimately providing a superior experience.
