My rep, Eric Robinson was so helpful throughout the entire process and even after I got my truck back. My remote start wouldn't work after getting my truck and they only replaced some trim work and front bumper. I was grasping at straws to find the problem. Well my battery went dead the day that Eric said to bring it back over. I replaced the battery headed over to see Eric, in 15 seconds he had it reprogrammed and running. He says it probably didn't work because of low voltage but I'm one happy camper again. Thanks again to Eric.

Chip did an excellent job keeping us up to date on the work being done on our vehicle. The repair was done as expected and you can't tell where the repair was done. I would highly recommend Chaneys if you have damage to your car.
