Chip was my estimator and he was Great! Kept me in the loop at/on the whole process along the way. Some parts were either unavailable or not easy to find NEW that the insurance company did not approve but Chip dealt with that in a professional manner And made sure those used parts were brought back to life since the car looks great. I would definitely come back for another one of my cars in case I need collision repair. Thanks so much for your help and for doing nice work!! John
