I received regular updates until the last 10 days then messages stopped until I got a final one that said the vehicle was ready and received messages every 12 - 18 hrs to remind me it was complete after scheduling pick up

When picking up the Jeep, a part had not been replaced "shock", which I noticed, Overspray on the Jeep was an issued, clean up both on the interior and exterior was done very well, a dirty part was thrown in the back seat "leather seats" that left a mess, the entire interior had to be cleaned due to dust from paint prep and finish work.

For the most part customer service was good, however, making sure that everything was completed on time and finished completely was an issued. I had to travel 190 miles round trip and to have to do this a second time because the job wasn't completed, which I noticed ended up costing me over $40 in ratal and $50 in gas as well a my time to make a second trip
