It would depend on the adjuster. Front desk lady was amazing. James was great. But there were others that made fake promises. Wouldn't communicate and poor follow up

James was great in his communication and follow through. My first experience with Chapman back in Nov 24 wasn't impressive at with 3 core values. But James made it much better and listening and understanding the complete scenario when discussing possible issues
