The repair took way too long, required too many revisions to the estimate, and was way too expensive. It was in for a simple bumper replacement and all together, the car was with Chapman for more than a month. They missed the initial quote by over 100% (repair was initially quoted at $1900 or so, and the final bill was well over $4000). Communication throughout the process was pretty infrequent, and I was lied to regarding the actual date the car would be completed.

They were negligent and apparently didn't communicate with one another. Failed to keep me updated as to status of my vehicle and as a result my car pickup was delayed by three days. AND left garbage inside!
