No contact is required. My experience with your shop as well as others in the past, identifies that the vehicles are being driven by others in your shop, which may not be justified. There is no reason why employees should have access to driving the vehicles for any purpose other than the required test drive, with an absolute minimum of mileage. All items in the vehicles, such as seat, mirrors, steering wheel, should be left as the customer settings at the time of drop off. Our vehicles are not for the pleasure of others.

I had the pleasure of working with Ed and Jason on my BMW M3. Everything was beyond expectation. The work order was processed the next day, communication with USAA was seamless, the car was delivered ahead of schedule and I was able to pick it up on a Saturday. I would recommend the DIY guys in the apartment complex before I recommend Chapman BMW.

the body work that was completed was great, however they only completed half the work I had requested and disregarded the rest. I went in to get the bumper fixed as part of an insurance claim, which was done. I also asked for the drivers side mirror to be replaced and an estimate for the trunk. both of those were discarded. Carlos has yet to get back to me about either.

Super easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When you're in a situation where you're being inconvenience by having to get your car fixed, it was really nice to have an accommodating, friendly staff. Text message updates were also nice!!
