They did an amazing job on our repair, and kept us updated every step along the way. The car looked great when done and the best part was that they took the time to detail the inside of my vehicle, as well as thoroughly wash and polish the outside! They made it look like a brand new car and it was unexpected and made my day. Thanks!

May 2026 THANK YOU CHAPMAN COLLISION CENTER!!! My BMW Z3 M had been damaged in an area of very complex body curvature and I was concerned that it might not be possible to be repaired…so I was looking for the top notch BMW repair shop available to make it look new again! Estimator Bryson Cherry greeted me at the front door of Chapman Collision Center and promptly reviewed the damage. Bryson knew that this would be a challenging repair so he asked the repair shop Manager Russ with over 20 years of BMW experience to take a look. Russ said it would be a challenge but was confident it could be fully repaired! After having their thorough review and explanations I was confident this was the best place to be for repairs! Bryson gave me ongoing updates over the next week of work and had it finished on the day he promised!! The quality of repair is second to none!!! Russ is a man of his word and what looked unrepairable looks like new again!! I could’t be happier with the quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction!!! The repair is so good I can’t discern where it is and I know where it was!! All I can say is that my experience with Chapman Collision Center has been nothing but an exemplary 10++!! They missed, then disputed, a paint repair. Estimator was very casual. I pointed the obvious paint chips and gave me and estimate. All chips should have been addressed as it was obvious. Very poor service and would not use Chapman service again because of the untrustworthy service

Looked at the paint that needed to be repaired, gave me an estimate and we paid in full. When asked about the area that was missed. he told my wife that I had agreed to it. What kind of service is that? poor, very poor.

The repair to my vehicle was done professionally and looks brand new. The staff did an amazing job and kept me updated along the way. My vehicle was also washed and interior cleaned.
