I had a fantastic experience at Chapman Collision in Tempe, and I really want to recognize Andy for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, he made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to handle. His patience and kind demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process, addressing all of my concerns along the way. I was especially impressed that Andy is fluent in Spanish—it’s a huge plus and shows the level of care and inclusivity he brings to his work. It’s not something you see everywhere, and it made the experience even more reassuring. When I got my BMW X3 back, it looked absolutely beautiful. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s clear that Andy genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering great service with an old-fashioned customer-first approach.
