This is my second time having work done by Chapman Collision. A more extensive door repair was done about a year ago after I was struck on the driver’s side….they were at fault and their carrier covered all repairs and the rental car, work was done in about ten days and all went well. It was their insurance company that steered me to Chapman Collision as they have apparently done previous business, and I was looking for recommendations. This most recent service was much simpler….replacing a battery support strap and bolt. My service advisor was Jaime Rosales, who looked things over and got me the repair estimate, when the parts arrived I returned and was able to wait (only took about 20-25 minutes) while the repairs were done. Whole process was easy and cost I felt was reasonable….would recommend Chapman to anyone for automotive repairs!
