Austin and the team did a good job working with the National General insurance company that was not particularly motivated to expedite this project in a timely manner. Thanks for your patience and persistence to get the job done.

All in all we were please. The only reason the first two questions weren't a 10 is because I had to "badger" National General to cover two of my wheels that were damaged in the accident. Austin was ready to turn the car over to me without completing this because NG denied the request. I wish Austin would have insisted on NG covering this OR letting me know it was denied sooner.

My car is exiting your lot when the low tire gage light comes on - No problem I go to Firestone for air - the light is still on - I go to Subaru and the issue is a broken roof right frontvTPMS Sensor at $344.08 I waste a 1/2 day - Of note Anthony is great regardless
