Overall, Chapman did an excellent job on the repair of my son's car and did an excellent job on the detail! Chapman really worked to accommodate my late request for a detail on my son's car. One item that got missed because of the rush to meet my late request was the "buff and polish scratches all over vehicle" that was included in the repair cost. The Manager is aware of this concern has told my son to return the car for buff and polish of scratches in about a week. Thank you Chapman for some great repair work.
