Mike was great ! I was so upset about the damage to my car- but Mike took full control of everything for me. He took control with my insurance; he arranged a tow, a rental car and I felt I was leaving my car in good hands

Staff were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Repairs were completed in good time, and there was regular communication through their online system. Never fun to go through these issues, but you all helped make this as easy and seamless of a process as it could have been (along with the seamless connection to the insurance company and rental car agency). Found in trunk area whole broken jagged peice of the headlight cover it looked like a d shards of the cover for the head light im guessing from the broken damaged head light .not sure why that was left like that
