I was not updated to when my car would be finished. The automatic updates told me it would be done on a Wednesday ,then Wednesday came and went with no update. When I called they said Friday. By Friday night they said it still wasn't ready. It was eventually ready on the next Monday.

As I said before moving to Maryland on PCS isn’t always easy or comfortable so getting to know the right places to get your normal routine takes time when you spend years building relationships with local communities back home I appreciate you guys always doing the up most to make sure your customers are always satisfied and happy. Colby is a jam and I absolutely adore her and Michelle is ok, she gets her job done but she needs to be more people friendly, have more people skills so she doesn’t scare your customers away, her personality isn’t for everyone and she’s a bit rough which could make it look more ignorant if you take it personal over the phone but when I picked up my car I already understood it comes with age lol so I stayed friendly so things could move smoothly! If I had any bad experience it would be with her on the phone. She needs more grace when speaking to customers whom are bringing thousands of dollars of service to your company, whether it’s coming from insurance claims or personal banking it’s still a choice customers make to come to you instead of going directly to the dealership. Your bodyshop guys did their thing and the additional service from the other guys were great. Black Betty was looking new as if she just came out the dealership so I appreciate you guys taking care of everything I requested and everything else you saw needed. I’m happy I don’t have to keep driving back to Boston to get my regular service done and I can trust into your company for outstanding customer care. Thank you again great work on the body work!
