Their work was excellent. My only issue was that it was not completed by Friday, as scheduled. This was only a problem for us, as my husband is handicapped and we have a lift for his scooter installed in our vehicle. So when it wasn’t finished on time, he was unable to attend any family activities that weekend. I understand that this would only matter to a very few people. Otherwise, keeping the loaner vehicle would be fine.
