Charlie’s Body Shop did an excellent job on repairing my car back to its original condition after the accident. I’m not happy with Allstate,however,for causing delays and not approving of certain parts and needed work.I’ve been with Allstate for over 60 years and expected better cooperation and service with the body shop and myself.

This is the go to body shop for us. New owners, same great service and work. Would probably throw a tantrum if we weren't allowed to use them any longer, and would press for a new insurance company.
