Totally professionally done! Wow! Being a retired mechanic, I've yet to see body work of this caliber. No price gouging and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Friendly, courteous and thorough. Highly recommend. Definitely my new body shop!

The side of the truck that was worked on looks amazing. He took his time and did the job right. He went above and beyond what other shops probably would have. Cutting out the rust instead of covering it.

Got into my first Car accident back in December and I was so nervous to find a good body shop that will take care of my car and do an amazing job and I’m glad to say Charlie’s is such an awsome Auto shop not only was I super satisfied with how kind and understanding the Workers are and the customer service was but they always Updated me with anything going on with my car while they had it in the shop and if the pickup date needed moved a little longer due to parts being shipped but overall It was an amazing Experience with Charlie’s I’m so happy my car is So much better than before and of course after the accident but they made my Car more safe and fixed everything that was wrong with it So I definitely 100% recommend Charlie’s body shop!.

My car was not fully repaired as expected after a week of service. I’m still awaiting a part and had to call and ask why my hood was missed in the overall job. I did get a nice phone call from Dave stating he admitted to “missing “ that. However Today, I received a message from my insurance that the claim has been finalized.???We’ve given Charlie’s all our business on the past and never been dissatisfied until this time are really hoping that this will be handled promptly and professionally. My insurance paid a lot of money for an unfinished job. I’m really sad to have had to given a low rating as we are not complainers at all

They were extremely nice and Michelle was a big help with the rental car assistance and communication. I felt good about my conversation with Dave after he called to apologize that he missed the hood. Today’s message from my insurance stating my claim has been finalized makes this whole thing appear like nothing is going to be done. Why would the claim be finalized if Charlie’s didn’t complete the job and my hood damage isn’t even mentioned in the claim statement. Very frustrating. I’m not sure how to respond to the question accurately at this point.
