I was not happy when I was informed that they were going to cut a piece of the frame and weld a new piece in its place. I find that deeply concerning to the safety of the vehicle. I had raised this concern to my Liberty Mutual rep and it went un- noticed. I have paid premiums for many years and now feel as though we have an unsafe car let alone the value hit taken

It had snowed the day before I picked up my car. When I went to pick it up, the car was covered with three to four inches of snow. Despite three people sitting at their desks with no customers, no one offered to help me clean it off. I couldn’t even see where they had fixed my car because it was covered with snow. I didn’t even have a snow brush. Not very nice.
