I went to your shop because it was an approved shop w State Farm...no hassles because all the time consuming running around was supposed to have been eliminated. I used Goodwins in Brunswick when my car got hit...I dropped it off and received a phone call when it was done...easy! We received multiple phone calls saying the estimate was done, that we needed to call State Farm, it sat in your yard for 8 days before we received a phone call saying we needed to contact State Farm because you didn't have the necessary paperwork to work on the car, 7 days later I was told parts were just ordered and would be in Tuesday...it was another week before parts came in. Totally frustrating experience. AND the girl that answers the phone was NOT nice. It's like it was the first day you ever ran a collision shop and no one knew what was going on! I work out of town, not easy to return phone calls, my daughter works at the hospital 630am-7pm...no time for phone chasing. I still can't believe the process was so stressful!
